CMC Laboratories is a privately owned company located in the ASU Research Park in Tempe, Arizona. The company was founded in 2003 by a group of packaging industry veterans who have dedicated their career to the electronics industry. From the company's inception, CMC's focus has been to provide a high level of technical and business support in the area of advanced materials to the electronic industry.
